How to Meditate With Mala Beads

It is a very personal, spiritual experience to receive a mala from Sacred Health Jewelry. Brenda uses the finest quality gemstones and materials, and creates her art with love and compassion.

When you receive your little treasure, you can set your own personal intentions and wear your mala throughout the day to attract a specific outcome, and/or you can use it as a meditation tool.

To use your mala in meditation, sit comfortably in a quiet space, close your eyes and focus on breathing slowly and deeply, in and out. Let your mind rest for now. Hold your bracelet in your left hand and touch each bead with your right as you inhale and exhale, calling your attention to each breath. You can choose to simply breathe with your mala, or perhaps recall something you're grateful for as your fingertips meet each crystal.

Another option is to repeat a Sanskrit mantra, such as Om Hreem Namah, “my mind is clear and calm”. Sanskrit mantras contain secret vibrational messages through the power of sound. The vibrations in the crystals will emulate from your mala beads as you meditate, infusing your chosen healing properties. (More mantras below)

Relax and let the magic surround you. Allow the energy to melt through you and take hold. Let it fill you and become part of you. Together you are creating a powerful new point of attraction, and your intentions are coming to life as you bring yourself into alignment.

Feel free to meditate with your mala(s) whenever you want for as long as you want. You can repeat any mantra you choose along with any gemstone combination, as it will only enhance your intentions and healing process.

Enjoy the unfolding...
